I understand that working around animals and rural environments carries certain risks, including but not limited to:

Animal bites, kicks, scratches, or unpredictable behaviour
Slips, trips, or falls on uneven ground
Injuries related to lifting or manual tasks
Exposure to weather, dust, insects, or allergens

Herd On The Ridge Inc is STRICTLY a non-judgemental, non-discrimatory and a SAFE place. Any behaviour that makes someone feel isolated, incapable to learn, or not safe. Will NOT be tolerated, at all. You may be asked to leave with no warning.

Herd On The Ridge Inc. does not allow forceful methods of handling of animals. Unless in the case of an emergency or urgent medical care. Animals are given time, patience and the freedom to communicate just like the people on the property. We will not tolerate unneccessary force or harm to an animal ever, and you will be asked to leave.
